How to organize cats.
Because I’m a professional organizer, it’s the first of April, and I’m feeling a bit silly today, I will share the best ways to organize your cats.
I have come to the conclusion that WE don’t really have to organize cats, they will do it themselves.
I have so many awesomely creative and funny people who I follow on Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter, and being the good professional organizer, cat owner, and librarian/researcher I am, I have found a pattern across all of these social media, showing how easily cats organize themselves.
Let me prove it to you…
We have 3 cats, and they do tend to organize themselves in their own way, that’s for sure!
Here are my 3 cats:

So, just for funsies, today is all about how to organize cats!
Organize them in stackable bins.
You can add more bins (like these bins from Amazon) as you acquire more cats! Very versatile!

Organize your cats on the stairs.
(Unless you plan to use said stairs…)
Organize them in their own laundry baskets by color and size.
Very efficient!
Store them in their own cubbies.
Neatly organized! (I love using these cubbies for organizing)
Here’s a larger model cubbie.
This one holds at least 12 cats…if not more! 🙂
Organize them in individual boxes.
Or you can just leave them in the paper bags you got them in.
This makes it easy to take them from room to room as well…
But don’t stuff them all in a box – they’ll get wrinkled…
But just to be an equal opportunity organizer, here are some other animals who are nicely organized!
A dresser full of neatly organized puppies!
And, of course, one always needs to have neatly stacked foxes.
What does the fox say, you ask? “Keep me organized!”
